It was a cloudy morning for the capital Saturday with the met department forecasting light rain towards the evening. The minimum temperature settled at 10.1 degrees Celsius, two notches above average.
“The skies are likely to remain cloudy through the day. There is a possibility of light rain accompanied by hail in some areas,” an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The maximum temperature recorded Friday was 23.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above average for the season.
“Maximum and minimum temperature will stay around 23 and 11 degrees Celsius,” added the official.
Humidity recorded at 8.30 a.m. was 90 percent.
