Emraan, Kareena to star in KJo-Ekta co-production

January 26, 2013 14:55:35 ISTMumbai : Emraan Hashmi and Kareena Kapoor have been finalised to feature in Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor’s first co-production. The romantic drama will go on floors in September.
“Proud to share that the Dharma (Productions) and Balaji Motion Pictures joint venture stars Emraan Hashmi and Kareena Kapoor. (It goes) on floors in September 2013,” tweeted Girish Johar, head of acquisition and distribution, Balaji Motion Pictures.
Girish Johar revealed to IANS that another actress is yet to be cast for the movie, which will be titled in “some time”.
The project will be directed by Akshay Roy.
Considering the different styles of filmmaking of Karan and Ekta, one wonders what the romantic movie would be like.
