Rajinikanth advised complete rest

Southern superstar Rajinikanth, who was admitted in hospital again on Sunday, has been advised complete rest, reports said on Monday.

He has been suffering from recurrent respiratory infection and gastro intestinal ailments and was advised rest.

?The actor’s vital parameters are normal. He has infection and has been advised complete rest,? said doctors, who are attending him.

Investigations are being carried out at Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre, where he is now admitted. He is not in Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

He was earlier admitted with breathlessness and fever this month but later released. Prior to that he was admitted in April end with exhaustion.

The 61-year-old star with a god like fan following after the phenomenal success of Robot (Endhiran), which was dubbed in Hindi as well, has started working on his new film Rana with Deepika Padukone in Chennai.

He plays three roles in the film on the Mahurat sets of which he fell sick on April 29 and had to be hospitalized first.
