Four Navy officials die in dock accident

Four officers of the Indian Navy died after a floodgate collapsed at Naval Dockyard in Visakhapatnam on Wednesday.

?The floodgate at the ship repair unit of the dockyard collapsed. Three of our officers died on the spot. Another officer succumbed to his injuries at the hospital,? Navy spokesman Commander TLP Babu told reporters.

The dead officers have been identified as Commander Ashwini Kumar, Lieutenant Commander Ranveer, senior sailor Madhu Babu and sailor Rajesh.
