Mahindra Xylo H Series Launched at Rs. 8.23 Lakh

India’s leading Utility Vehicle manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra today launched finally launched the H-Series Xylo in India for Rs. 8.23 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).

Mahindra recently teased the Xylo H Series on its official Facebook page. The Xylo H-Series has been made available in three variants H4, H8 and H9. The H-Series Xylo will also be available in dolphin grey colour along with other colours offered with existing Xylo. The Xylo remains identical to Xylo E series though the changes have been made under the hood and the Xylo H now sports the more powerful mHawk engine that does its duty to all the Scorpio LX and above variants.

The Xylo H4 now receives ABS, while the H8 gets the ABS and Airbags both. The Xylo H8 and H9 are priced similar to that of the outgoing E-Series Variants; however the new top-of-the line Xylo H9 is a feature rich variant with features like Cruise Control, Voice Command Technology and Digital Drive Assist System. The mHawk diesel engine is mated to a five-speed manual transmission, which transmits power to the rear-wheels; the more powerful engine churns out the maximum power output 118bhp and 280Nm of torque.

Commenting on the new line-up, Pravin Shah, chief executive, automotive division said,”The Xylo has since its introduction in 2009 carved a unique identity for itself in the area of class leading space and comfort.
