A ?cold? Kareena Kapoor turns 30 in Paris

Mumbai : When it comes to Kareena Kapoor, probably B-town?s most sought-after actresses these days, being unwell is definitely no reason to not have a rocking 30th birthday with beau Saif Ali Khan.

The actress, who turned 30 on Tuesday, apparently flew down to Paris to spend the day with the Bollywood hunk at the H?tel Ritz in Paris, turning down her mom?s advice to take it easy after catching a bad cold.

The size-zero dame had been busy shooting endorsements for shampoos and soaps for the past three days and all the time spent in her water made her pretty sick with a severe cold, a bad throat and high fever.

But of course she couldn?t just toss the ?very special? birthday that Saif had planned for her at one the most luxurious hotels in the world.

?I can’t let him down by not going…so come what may I will go! This is one time I can’t listen to mom,? she was quoted as saying.

So after some rest, a load of pills, injections and other medication Bebo reportedly mustered enough strength and caught the flight to Paris via London.

Despite her bad health, the sultry actress seems to be on a roll as apart from being bogged with all the endorsements, she?s also signed two films opposite Imran Khan and Salman Khan.

While she?ll be seen in Karan Johar?s Short Term Shaadi with Imran, she?s also said said to have been signed up for a remake of a Hollywood film with Salman.
