Even though no one can justify attack on Rajesh Talwar involved in court-case of murder of his own daughter Aarushi, yet it should also be seen as warning-signal for our system. It is the basic fault in our system where proverb ?Justice delayed is justice denied? fits well that may create even more frustrated youth like Utsav Sharma taking law in hands even though not being directly attached with the case.
Even recently, a woman allegedly raped by a BJP MLA in Bihar killed the rapist MLA. It was in the year 2004 when women in Nagpur collectively beat the rape-accused persons to death not once but twice in the same year. Even court had to take back case against those brave women having all sympathy from right-thinking civil society.
I recall for myself when even today I suddenly get awakened from deep sleep shouting in night hours when I recall highest level of judicial torture faced by my family for long 16 years by some uncle judges in higher judiciary patronised by none other than an uncle Chief Justice of India who was not even considered fit for post-retirement assignment as NHRC Chief.
