Ban marriages on Reality TV Shows
National Commission for Women (NCW) has taken timely initiative in asking Union ministry for information & Broadcast to impose a ban on real-life marriages in reality TV shows like ?Rakhi ka swaymvar? or ?Rahul dulhania le jayenge?. Already real-life pre-marriage celebrations of Rakhi Sawant in the reality TV show proved to be a big flop even before the couple even celebrated honey-moon.
Even 34-years old divorcee Rahul Mahajan having attained notoriety in personal life for celebrating father?s death with a cocktail and accused in a drug-case could attract 21-year old Begali girl Dimple Ganguli only because of high media-galore in reality TV show. Such unmatched and un-thoughtful marriages may never be in life-time interest of to-be brides, and must be banned in larger interest of innocent girls lured by media-galore.
