Political Dynasty

It refers to RJD supremo Lalu Yadav introducing his son Tejaswi to media-persons likely as his political heir to run his political shop. Unfortunately it can be analysed that most regional parties in the country are personality-based parties of some individual party-boss. System needs to be reformed by setting a retirement-age of say 65 years to contest direct elections to check political dynasty which is being largely misused by Indian politicians in general to run politics as business-shops for minting money. System will induce young talent to enter political system apart from having an effective check towards dynastic politics. System may also prevail towards two or three party system which is the ideal for democratic form of governance.
