Rename High Courts

Even despite change in name of states or cities, many High Courts are still named as per their old names like Bombay High Court and Calcutta High Court. Union government should take initiative to legislate that names of High Courts may be automatically changed ones new names or spellings are given to concerned states or cities, without needing any separate legislation to rename High Courts.

Move will not only affect timely change in names of High Courts, but will also save costly legislative proceedings presently needed to rename High Courts separately.
