Team Anna Decisions : Is it confusion or strategical?

Only a day after Anna team for the first time holding Prime Minister also involved in corruption charges, Anna Hazare has once again given clean chit to Dr Manmohan Singh. Anna-team move may be strategical, but has confused every one supporting cause for a strong Lokpal Bill.

Since normal citizens do not understand strategy behind such contrast moves, it will be in national good if all those involved in movements for a strong Lokpal Bill may not act with such contrast attitude causing unnecessary confusion which in turn dilutes the movement.

Rather in larger national perspective, Anna Hazare and Aruna Roy should join hands to make ‘one and one eleven’ so that ‘India Against Corruption’ (IAC) and ‘National Campaign for People’s Right to Information’ (NCPRI) may coordinate to present a consensus draft for Lokpal Bill to put effective pressure on government to accept a Lokpal bill drafted by the civil society as was done in legislating a highly successful ‘Right To Information’ Act.
