Why only partial restrictions on ?Big boss? and ?Rakhi ka Insaaf??

Union Ministry for Information and Broadcast has rather assisted TV channels ?Colors? and ?Imagine? by giving undue publicity to their highly objectionable and vulgar programmes ?Big Boss? and ?Rakhi ka Insaf? when instead of imposing a complete ban, these channels were instructed to telecast these programmes after 11 pm in night. Is it an indication that India is soon to follow certain countries to also allow telecast of ?X?-rated blue-films for adult-viewing at night? Or was it to assist such ever-erring channels to recover cost of production of these programmes by allowing telecast after 11 pm, may be after getting some convenience-fees from the respective channels? Present teen-age generation is in itself quite aware to be rather become more curious to ensure viewing these programmes in late-night hours thus further harming the cause.

Nothing can improve till money invested in such objectionable programmes by TV channels may be completely wasted by imposing a complete ban rather than a publicised restricted viewing as is done presently.
