New Delhi : Tickets for the annual India International Trade Fair will be available at Delhi metro stations from Nov 14, a statement said Tuesday.
According to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), business visitors, for whom the fair is open from Nov 14-18 can buy tickets priced at Rs.400 from 27 metro stations. The general public, who can visit the fair from Nov 19-27 can buy tickets from any metro station.
The tickets, priced at Rs.50 for adults and Rs.30 for children on weekdays and Rs.80 and Rs.50 respectively on weekends can be bought from the customer care centres of the metro stations from 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on all days, the DMRC statement said.
No advance tickets will be available.
Anticipating a huge rush at the Pragati Maidan metro station, the DMRC has set up additional ticket counters.
In addition, Delhi metro officials and security staff would be deployed in adequate numbers at all metro stations to manage the crowd, the statement said.
