Fiat Linea T-Jet Launch on 10th June, 2013

Turin based Italian marquee Fiat is one of the most respected automobile manufacture and one of the oldest car brand in India, however the car maker lost its ground in India after Maruti Suzuki and other companies stepped in the arena.

After pairing so many partners, this time around the manufacturer will do the business in India by its own. Fiat’s fully own subsidiary Fiat India is selling two cars in India at the moment, Linea and Punto. And is about to launch the Jeep brand in Indian soon.

Amidst all of these, we get to learn that Fiat India will launch the Linea T-Jet on 10th of this June. The company is expanding its dealerships and service centre network by opening new outlets across the nation. This will be followed by the launch of new products in the coming years.

The LineaT-Jet is the top of the line variant of the Linea portfolio and it didn’t get an update with the other variants.  Powered by 1.4-litre turbo petrol, the Linea T-Jet will soon get an upgrade with ideally more power produced by the same engine block.

The Linea T-Jet will also get some cosmetic upgrades on the inside. The company has already set up 51 exclusive dealerships in India for Fiat. The company promises to double its service network by the end of this year.

The new Linea and the Grande Punto are being offered with comprehensive 3 year warranty and an additional 2 year optional pack, making it 5 years in total. This will be offered even on the Linea T-Jet.
