Glodyne DecisionOne signs US$ 42 million IMS deal in US

Glodyne DecisionOne, a 100% subsidiary of Technology IMS company Glodyne Technoserve Limited, on Thursday announced that it has partnered a leading Technology company to provide services to one of the largest retail customers in the United States of America.

Under the five-year agreement, Glodyne DecisionOne will be providing Technology Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) across the range of the customers IT assets deployed throughout the U.S.A. The size of the deal is estimated to be around US$ 42mn.

Glodyne DecisionOne IMS services will help this retail giant to support its businesses across the nation with a single point of contact, said the company, without disclosing names of its partner company and client.

This will reduce their administrative challenges, enhance efficiencies and lower their operating costs. As a part of this project, Glodyne DecisionOne will be providing services for several complex technologies across the asset class.

Glodyne acquired DecisionOne Corporation, which is one of the largest independent IMS Company in North America, in July 2010.
