KONE to install fastest elevators at Palais Royale

KONE India, leading elevator and escalator company, has won an order to install elevators in Palais Royale, slated to be one of the tallest buildings in the country under construction at Worli in Mumbai.

Palais Royale is an ultra modern, first-of-its-kind residential building project in India promoted by Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure Ltd. Palais Royale is also India?s first pre-certified LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum rated green residential building.

Palais Royale, at a breathtaking height of about 300m, will be an iconic building in Mumbai.

KONE will provide 6 KONE MiniSpace elevators that will travel at speeds of up to 7 m/s, the fastest elevators in all of India.

Another four KONE MiniSpace will move at 3.5 m/s. Together these will ensure the smooth and efficient People Flow of the residents in Palais Royale.
