Satyam financial scam prime accused Ramalinga Raju appeared before a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court here for questioning on Tuesday.
The CBI had issued notice to the former disgraced Satyam chief on Monday, asking him to appear for questioning.
Raju is required to appear before the CBI daily as per his bail conditions.
He was exempted from the routine when he was in hospital, from where he was discharged on Saturday (October 2).
He was undergoing treatment for Hepatitis C and other ailments at the Nizam?s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) hospital since August 2009.
He was arrested in January last year after he admitted to gross anomalies in finances of the company.
Raju was granted bail by the Andhra High Court in August this year, which has been challenged by the CBI in the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court will take up the case in the latter half of October.
