After DU student, couple shot in Noida

A couple on a motorcycle were shot at here on Wednesday, a day after a 22-year-old girl was shot dead by an unidentified assailant near her college in south Delhi on Tuesday.

The husband and wife had to be shifted to Noida?s Kailash Hospital after their assailants shot at them at the Sector 21-25 crossing, reports said.

As with Tuesday?s incident, Wednesday?s shooting, also in the National Capital Region (NCR), is being said have been possible case of stalking.

The shooting of the 22-year-old Delhi University student, coincidentally on International Women?s Day, sparked widespread outrage in Delhi.
