Car runs down people on footpath, 3 dead (NDTV)

A speeding car ran down six people in the Delhi suburb of Noida late on Monday night, killing three of them on the spot. The driver has been arrested. All the victims were sleeping on the footpath in Sector 39. The three who survived are seriously injured.
