Man faints on Metro tracks, trains delayed
New Delhi : A man crossing Delhi Metro tracks to reach another platform
fainted here Monday, causing disruption of service on the line going to Gurgaon, an official said.
“The incident took place at Chhatarpur Metro Station when the man was crossing the tracks to reach another platform around 6 p.m.,” said a metro official.
“He was handed over to police and was taken to AIIMS for treatment. No details have been received about the person,” said a Delhi Metro spokesperson.
Officials said there was a short disruption in service and other lines were not affected.
