President of India and France arrive at Rajpath

New Delhi: French President Francois Hollande with President Pranab Mukherjee arrived at the Rajpath for the Republic Day celebrations.

Hollande is the chief guest. Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the Rajpath a few minutes ahead of them.

The crowd broke into an applause when Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar welcomed Modi who then greeted Vice President Hamid Ansari.
