Aarushi case :SC rejects Nupur Talwar’s review plea

The Supreme Court had dismiss Dr.Nupur Talwar’s petition on Thursday seeking review of the January 6th earlier order that Nupur and her dentist husband Rajesh Talwar be tried for murder of their daughter Aarushi Talwar’s and their domestic help Hemraj.

Aarushi Talwar, the daughter of doctor couples Dr. Rajesh & Nupur Talwar, was found dead in her bedroom on 16th may, 2008.

Aarushi’s father Dr. Rajesh Talwar was arrested for two murders, Aarushi Talwar and Hemraj.  Hemraj was found in the tarrace on next day.

Both Nupur Talwar and Rajesh Talwar were charged with murder & destruction of evidence with common intention.

Currently, Nupur Talwar is at the Dasna jail in Ghaziabad, and her dentist husband Rajesh Talwar is out on bail.

When Central Bureau of Investigation court has dismissed Nupur Talwar’s plea, she was sent for the judicial custody.
