Bhopal court serves notice to Colors for Bigg Boss-4

Bhopal : A local court here has served notice to the entertainment channel Colors for airing an ‘indecent programme Bigg Boss-4′.

The notice was issued by Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Suresh Sharma yesterday to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Colors on a complaint received by it that said the channel was airing ‘indecent and obscene programme Bigg Boss 4’.

The court directed the channel to file its reply to the notice by November 19.

In a private complaint, Samshul Hasan, a local resident here has alleged that the marriage of television actors Sara Khan and Ali Merchant solemnized in Bigg Boss house recently was a farce and against the tenets of Islam.
