Bryan Adams fans to get refunds for Delhi concert
With Bryan Adams concert being cancelled here on security grounds, the organizers on Wednesday announced processes via which his fans can claim their ticket refunds.
Netsurf Entertainment has appointed KyaZoonga as its? Official Ticket Refund Processing Agent for the cancellation of the New Delhi edition of Micromax Bryan Adams Live in Concert India Tour 2011.
Following is the process to be followed to claim refunds:
Online Customers
Customers who have bought tickets online can log onto http://www.kyazoonga.com/EventPages/BryanAdamsDelhiRefunds.aspx starting February 24th 2011 and fill in the refund application form. The said form will be accessible till March 2nd 2011.
Refunds for online customers will get processed starting March 3rd 2011 on a first-come-first basis over a period of 2-3 weeks. The ticket amount will get credited back into the credit/debit card/ netbanking account that was used initially for the said purchase.
The credit posting time to customers? accounts may take longer depending on the card issuing bank or the netbanking bank policies and procedures.
Retail Customers
Customers who have bought tickets from retail outlets (Planet M, Landmark, Furtados, KyaZoonga New Delhi Office) can visit the KyaZoonga office in New Delhi situate at 13 Institutional Area, Lodi Road, New Delhi ? 110003 to get their refund anytime between February 24th 2011 and March 2nd 2011 between 11.00 a.m. ? 5.00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday by carrying along the following documents in original with a duly endorsed photocopy ?
? E-voucher confirmations (incase customers haven’t picked up their physical tickets) or the physical ticket (incase customers had opted for courier) alongwith confirmation numbers
? Government issued photo identification proof that matches the name on the e-voucher confirmation to claim a cash refund
? Incase of sending a representative to collect a cash refund on your behalf, you will need to send a duly endorsed authorization letter, your government photo identification proof with a duly endorsed clear photocopy of the same, and the representative will also need to carry her/his government photo identification proof with a duly endorsed clear photocopy of the same
According to reports, the Delhi police did not give ‘No Clearance’ certificate to the organizers on the ground that the location was not suitable for organising the event.
The Delhi Police said that the organisers had sold more tickets than the capacity of the ground which they feared might lead to stampede.
Earlier, Bryan Adams performed in Mumbai and Bangalore on Feb 12 and 13.
His concert tour ended at Hyderabad where the celebrated international singer and songwriter entertained his fans on Feb 16.
