Panaji : Mira Nair who produced cross-culture films will be present for the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2010 on November 30 where retrospective of her movies is being screened, officials said on Thursday.
The Indo-American filmmaker will arrive the festival venue along with the cast and crew of her debut film ?Salaam Bombay? (1988).
Among the feature films which will be screened are Salaam Bombay (1988), Mississippi Masala (1991), The Perez Family (1995), Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love (1996), Monsoon Wedding (2001), Vanity Fair (2004), Namesake (2006) and Amelia (2009).
?Eight of her short films and documentaries including 9/11, Hysterical Blindness, India Cabret and few more will also be screened,? the
official said.
The 10-day festival kicked-off in the capital on November 22 which was inaugurated by Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee.
