Ra.One Movie Review : 3.5 Stars out of 5
Ra.One movie can be seen as best Visual Stills, Hollywood type movie with Bollywood Masala but I feel movie is little below of my expectation from this movie.

Movie story starts with a boy, Prateik, a son of Shekhar (Shah Rukh Khan), who likes villain more than Hero. Shekhar is typical south indian, having a job in a game company in London. He is staying with his Wife Sonia (Kareena Kapoor) who always speaks censor board pass type vulgar language like “Tere Chacha ka bhuchad”.
To please his son, Shekhar develops a new game where villain(Ra.One) has more power than Hero (G.One). There are few rules which I cant explain here, you should learn while watching movie. At time of launch, Prateik plays game and finish upto levels 2 out of 3. Because of some technical error, Ra.One comes out of game and searching for Prateik to kill him. To stop Ra.One, Prateik calls G.One out of Game and after that story continues with Bollywood style in Hollywood way.
Somewhere I feel Background Score is so good and somewhere I feel it can be done with much impact than it has.
One thing, I should mention. Movie is about King Khan. Shah Rukh Khan has done good job as Shekhar as well as G.One. Kareena Kapoor looks good and charming. Tom Woo, Arjun Rampal has done good job. Rajnikanth, Sanjay Dutt and Priyanka Chopra has done guest appearance but with no impact on movie or movie story.
There are few things which I feel it doesn’t suits Children like kareena’s cool lingo and always hitting between mens’ legs.
Story is very predictable and Audience will not have much to remember after leaving theater halls. Because of use of Visual Stills in Bollywood, I am giving 1 extra point. My final rating is 3.5 Stars out of 5 Stars. Go for it to see Bollywood’s next level on this Diwali.
Ra.One created a loud buzz ever since it was launched. The visual effects and state of the art production techniques of the film have set a new standard in Bollywood films making, on par with Hollywood in many respects.
The story juggles between Sci-Fi and Bollywood drama and leaves the audience enthralled in parts. Grab this opportunity to see their hero in a never-seen-before avatar. Rs 18 crore in India on opening day. Ra.One grosses Rs 170 cr in first five days, breaks all previous records.
