4-year-old falls into borewell, rescued after 8 hours in Haryana

Palwal  : A four-year-old girl who had fallen into a bore well was rescued after an arduous operation, which lasted for more than eight hours, by authorities in Haryana.

Tannu, the four year old girl had slipped into the bore well while playing and was stuck there for almost 10-hours. Brother of the girl, Vishal, explained how he tried to assist in the rescue operations to save his sibling.

Ram Kishan, one of the villagers who volunteered in the rescue operations, said that upon hearing news of the incident the locals immediately rushed to the scene.

The Senior Medical Officer, Civil hospital, PK Pasrija said that though, currently the condition of the child was stable, but she was being transferred to another hospital for better medical care.
