Aadhar cards not compulsory, rules SC; Sheila looks up to Centre

New Delhi  : Even as the Supreme Court ruled that Aadhar cards were not mandatory as various state governments insist on making it compulsory for a range of formalities, Delhi Chief Minister, Sheila Dikshit said she looked forward to the Centre to come out with a solution for the same.
