“Be it beef, buffalo or pork meat”, Says BJP Leader

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 19: On Monday, BJP leader V. Muraleedharan said that people were free to eat anything, “be it beef, buffalo or pork meat”.

Muraleedharan is the president of the Bharatiya Janata Party in Kerala and told the media here that “Anything can be eaten, be it beef, buffalo or pork meat. This is a personal choice”.

The BJP would never control on what people should be eating and what they should not be, he added.

Muraleedharan made the comments while alleging that the Congress-led UDF and the LDF headed by the CPI-M had reached a secret pact to keep it out of power in the upcoming local body elections.
