Campaigning picks up in Jharkhand for Assembly poll

All India Congress Committee General Secretary Rahul Gandhi asked the people in Jharkhand to bring the Congress party to power in the state to ensure that the central schemes are implemented properly.

Addressing a poll meeting in Ranchi , Gandhi mocked the BJP’s 2004 ‘India Shining’ slogan saying the Opposition was more concerned about the affluent section.
