“Airline may begin to hire new pilots”, Union minister Civil Aviation minister Ajit Singh said to Air India pilots who are mass sick leave (on strike) since last 18 days.
“We are now flying half the international routes. And we are making a new business plan. If I have to hire new pilots, I will do that.”
The rejoin duty immediately after going through the mandatory guidelines and said no one will be victimised, Ajit Singh advised the pilots.
Ajit Singh said that, he has told them his stand, now they need to think.
The strike by 400 Air India pilots, members of IPG entered in 18th on today, Friday. Strike has already disturbed Air India’s international operation and loss of more than 280 crores.
In other hand, IPG says that they want to have talk with Civil Aviation minister but they didn’t get any chance as they were not invited yet.
