CBI stands by clean chit given to ex-IPS in Uphaar fire case

CBI on Saturday stood by its probe report in a Delhi court giving clean chit to former IPS officer and Congress leader Amod Kanth in the case relating to the 1997 Uphaar fire tragedy in which 59 cine-goers died of asphyxia.
