CBI wants A Raja in its custody
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is likeIy to appeal for custody of former Telecom Minister A Raja and two others when they will be produced before a court here on Thursday.
DMK leader A Raja and R K Chandolia, who served as personal secretary of Raja, and former telecom secretary Siddhartha Behura, who have been arrested by the CBI on Wednesday, are to be produced at the Patiala House court here.
The CBI is willing to keep all three accused of the 2 G scam in its custody for questioning.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) would also like to quiz the three.
