Petrol price hiked by 6.28 Rs + Taxes
Again Petrol prices have been hiked by basic 6.28 Rupees per litre. Including other taxes like local sales tax or VAT, hike will be between Rs. 7.20 to Rs. 8.33 depends up state wise taxes.
This is sharpest hike ever in petrol and will be effective from today midnight.
In Delhi, the hike will be Rs.7.50 per litre and cost you 73.14 Rs from 65.64 per litre.
Oil Company says, “weaken Rupee and increasing crude price in International market is reason behind petrol hike. We had to increase price to decrease our loss.”.
