Question in parliament

It refers to disturbing reports about some Parliamentarians deliberately skipping Question-Hours in two Houses of Parliament, even walking out few minutes before turn of their Questions. This is a mockery of Parliament unnecessarily wasting precious man-hours spent by public-authorities in preparing reply to the skipped Question. Undesirable attitude of concerned Parliamentarians gains significance in view of infamous episode of ?Questions for Money? exposed through a TV-sting in the last Lok Sabha. Provision may be made whereby a member skipping his/her own Question may not get daily-allowance for that day, apart from barring him/her to ask any more Question for at least next one year.
