Sachin Tendulkar takes oath as Rajya Sabha member

Sachin Tendulkar had take oath as a Rajya Sabha member on Monday. Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has been nominated of the Rajya Sabha by the president Pratibha Patil on 27 April 2012.

Sachin Tendulkar is the first sportman and cricketer to the nominated of the Rajya Sabha.

Sachin’s wife Anjali Tendulkar who is six year senior to tendulkar, also with him, when he was taking the oath.

Rajiv Shukla, V. Narayanaswamy and some other leaders were present there at that time.
