The ‘Silent’ PM makes his 100th ‘public address’

Hyderabad  : Often criticized for being silent on issues of national interest, Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh today delivered his 100th public address of the year.

While addressing a UN meeting on biodiversity at Hyderabad, Singh said that the country was striving to strike a balance between its growth needs and the conservation of its rich flora and fauna.
