West Bengal CM Mamta remembers Nirbhaya

New Delhi: In remembrance of Nirbhaya, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee tweeted: “Remembering Nirbhaya on third anniversary of brutal Delhi incident. We cannot compensate her loss but government must stand by her family in every way.” December 16 2o15, is the third anniversary of  Nirbhaya gangrape of Delhi.
On December 16, 2012, six persons, including a juvenile, had brutally assaulted and raped a 23-year-old girl in a moving bus in south Delhi.

The victim had died in a Singapore hospital on December 29, 2012.
