Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday said India is ready to discuss the K word, meaning Kashmir, if Pakistan stops exporting terror from across the border.
“We are committed to resolving all outstanding issues, including the word K, but it is our request that we cannot be simultaneously talking and the terror machine is as active as before,” Singh said at a joint press conference with Obama.
He said once Pakistan moves away from this terror induced coercion, India would be happy to take talks forward.
