Will invite Sonia, Rahul for Varun?s wedding: Maneka

New Delhi, Sept 26 (IBNS) Keeping aside her strained relationship with sister-in-law and Congress chief Sonia Gandhi , Bharatiya Janata Party MP Maneka Gandhi on Sunday said the ?entire? Gandhi family will be invited for her son Varun?s wedding this year.

Asked about the possible date of Varun?s wedding, Maneka told reporters, ?Varun will tie the knot with Yamini Roy this year itself. Yamini is from West Bengal.?

She further said: ?Will invite all members of the Gandhi family, including Sonia Gandhi and Rahul, for the wedding.?

It is to be mentioned, although Varun attended Rahul?s sister Priyanka?s wedding in 1997, Maneka had stayed away from the family function due to her strained relationship with Sonia.

Varun, who represents Pilibhit Lok Sabha constituency, was appointed National Secretary of BJP in March.
