Twenty-two people were killed after a commercial aircraft crashed in Argentina’s southern Patagonia region on Wednesday, said officials.
All 19 passengers and three crew members onboard Sol Airlines? flight 5248 were killed when the aircraft crashed 42 minutes after take off around 8.30pm (local time).
“Unfortunately there are no survivors. We see burnt remains, everything burned,” an official told Todo Noticias channel.
Sol said the plane sent out emergency communication while flying from Neuquen near the Andes to Comodoro Rivadavia along the coast of Patagonia.
