Kabul: Six killed in suicide attack

At least six people were killed and over 25 injured after a suicide bomber blew himself up near a tent where medical students were being served lunch at a military hospital in Kabul on Saturday.

A NATO military official said no foreign trainers were killed in the attack. All the dead and injured were civilians and university students.

The Taliban, claiming the responsibility of the blast, said it was targeted at foreign trainers and Afghan doctors.

Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said there were two suicide bombers on the ?mission?, but Defence Ministry spokesman General Mohammed Zaher Azimi said there were only one attacker who blasted himself at Mohammad Daud Khan military hospital.
