Parrot stolen, woman suffers heart attack in Britain

London  : A 61-year-old woman in Britain suffered a heart attack after discovering that her pet parrot had been stolen, the Daily Mail reported Saturday.

Lois White returned home to find African grey parrot Jasper missing and contacted the police. While officers were with White, she started experiencing chest pains and paramedics were called.

White was told stress had brought on the heart attack. The woman had owned parrot for six years.
