Militants derail India-bound train from Pakistan
Suspected militants triggered an explosion derailing two compartments of the India-bound Thar Express near Dhabeji late Friday night.
A low-intensity bomb led to the explosion derailing the train after it left Karachi?s Karachi Cantonment Railway Station for India.
However, No casualty were reported in the incident.
Twin bombs had been planted by militants on the railway tracks. One bomb went off damaging a portion of the tracks, while the second one was defused later, police said.
Authorities later detached the derailed bogies and then the train proceeded to its destination.
