Kolkata restaurant gets a makeover
Popular food joint of Kolkata, Shiraz – Golden Restaurant unveiled its Park Street outlet in a brand new look and decorations and with a promise to serve more delicious Awadhi delicacies to the foodies of the city.
?Shiraz – Golden restaurant has a history of its own in India and this time around we are coming with that same flavour with new character, in addition with a standardized format for all outlets, we are slowly expanding our reach from regional to the national market,? Ishtiaque Ahmed, CEO of the restaurant said.
The restaurant will serve authentic Awadhi breakfast in its Park Street branch.
The breakfast will include delicacies like Mutton Dal, Mutton Stew, Mutton Qima, Mutton Liver, Paya, Kalla, Zaban, Mugazh (brain).
?We want to position this in a different formula; we want to expand Awadhi cuisine to others,? he added.
Ahmed also spoke of the joint’s ambitious plans of opening a Shiraz outlet within every 50 kms in West Bngal.
?We are changing with time, but we have to reach further,? Ahmed said.
At present Shiraz has 11 outlets in Kolkata.
