Sportlifestyle company Puma launches resistance walking footwear

Mumbai : Sportlifestyle company Puma forayed into Resistance Walking category with the launch of BodyTrain footwear collection.

Puma?s BodyTrain shoes activate leg muscles up to 18% more than leading competitors, mimic natural movement and are extremely lightweight for a more comfortable wear, claimed the company.

The shoes are offered in a variety of silhouettes, materials and colors to give women options when choosing their walking shoes.

The Puma BodyTrain weighs up to 279 grams less than most of its competitors. Lightweight shoes means less stress on joints, a more natural feel on the foot and a longer, more comfortable wear, said a company spokesperson.

Mary Taylor, General Manager of International Footwear, PUMA AG, said: ?While we weren?t the first to the market, we?ve taken time to really develop the technology behind our Resistance Walking footwear and bring it to the next level.?

The shoes are price Rs 3499.
