CWG: India moves down to third spot

It was a disappointing Wednesday evening for the Indians as England pipped them to once again climb to the second spot at the medals tally of Commonwealth Games (CWG) here.

The English, so far, have bagged 32 gold medals, 53 silver and 43 bronze medals, with a total of 128 medals.

India moved down to the third spot with 32 golds, 26 silver and 33 bronze and a total of 91 medals.

Indian athletes will have to fight hard for gold in the remaining matches, in order to regain their lost second spot at this year’s CWG.

Aussies still dominate the list with 70 gold and 160 medals in total.
