New Zealand trail by 249 runs

Nagpur : New Zealand were left trailing India by 349 runs with 9 wickets in hand at the end of third day’s play here at the Nagpur test.

India declared their innings after scoring 566 for eight wickets after bowling out New Zealand for 193. In their second innings, the Kiwis are at 24/1 after 11 overs.

Aggressive plays by Rahul Dravid (91) and Mahendra Singh Dhoni (98) put India in a commanding position at the end of Day 3.
