Pradeep Singh in IBF Middleweight title fight

New Delhi : Pradeep Singh, better known as the ?Indian Warrior? in professional boxing circles, will be locking horns with the former World Title Challenger Sam Soliman for the International Boxing Federation (IBF) Middleweight Championship on Thursday.

To be fought at the Atrium Room in the Flemington Racecourse at Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, this historic fight for India will see Pradeep and Sam going head to head over 12 rounds of 3 minutes each.

Based out of Australia, Pradeep is well known in professional boxing circles as one the most talented professional boxers to come out of India.

Despite his young age, Pradeep has already held both the P.A.B.A , Pan Asian Boxing Association and O.P.B.F Oriental Pacific Boxing Federation Middleweight titles and holds an enviable fight record of (15-2-1, 8 KOs). His O.P.B.F. middleweight title fight was broadcast live into millions of homes through Fox Sports and was considered to be the fight of the year.

His victory in this fight also ensured that Pradeep obtained a world ranking of 15, a fact that explains why Pradeep is considered to be one of the strongest contenders in the Australian reality show ?The Contender?.

His opponent, Sam Soliman, based out of Melbourne, Australia, is a highly rated professional boxer, who has previously unsuccessfully challenged for the world title.

He is credited with wins over several world class middleweights and super middleweights (38-11, 16 KOs) including Sakio Bika and Enrique Ornelas and is remembered for giving Winky Wright the fight of his life in 2005 when the fight stats had the Aussie out working the classy American on the punch count.

Speaking about the fight, Pradeep said, ?Sam Soliman is a tough opponent. While he is extremely fit, I know that my boxing skills are better than him and my punching power and speed is more than his. I am pretty confident that with my skill, power and speed I will put him on the back foot.

He is the current WBF world champion and I always wanted to beat a world champion and this is the time. I am going to show the world ?The Real Indian Power” and why am I called The Indian Warrior?.

Pradeep is exclusively represented and managed by Infinity Optimal Solutions Private Limited (IOS), a leading sports and entertainment marketing and management company based out of New Delhi. IOS is well known for its success in developing the Indian boxing market, for hosting India?s first ever Fight Night and converting boxers into world beaters.

Neerav Tomar, CEO & Co-Founder of IOS, said ?Having been closely associated with Indian boxing and Indian boxers for over 5 years, I can state with utmost confidence that Pradeep is the best Indian boxer today.

He has trained hard for this fight and while Sam is an extremely tough opponent, I know that Pradeep can beat him if he brings his ?A game? to the fight. I wish Pradeep the very best of luck and hope that my countrymen will tune in to watch the ?Indian Warrior? take on one of the world?s best!?
