Tokyo, Chicago eliminated in 2016 Olympics bid

Odds-on favourites Chicago and Tokyo went out in the first two rounds of voting on the hosts of the 2016 Olympic Games on Friday as Tokyo were eliminated after the second round of voting for the 2016 Olympics host city.
